I think that is one of the most insincere conversations in D.C. Adult education/adult training requires a certain base level of education. You have a few generations of citizens East of the River who were failed by the public education system, and the political leadership continues promising and touting adult training when that isn't going to help large swaths of people, families, caught up in the cycle of poor schools and homes broken by drug and chronic welfare cultures.  Can’t wait for the conversation about the “skill gaps”.
