Here are the race & ethnicity breakdowns in the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria MSA, per the 2010 Census:

Hispanic: 13.8%
Asian non-Hispanic: 9.2%

I think the numbers clearly show that white non-Hispanics are the largest single group in the region.
