They didn't even know what an Art Director was (my profession) and didn't want to hear about how much money that could make their kids. :) I was happy to read your story. I have since then become a writer and book artist and am teaching kids in DC about India and book arts through the Summer Reading program. For most kids I am the first Indian person they have met though some adults have told me that their doctor is from India.
