It's a complete waste of resources. After any election the signs are immediately outdated - so theoretically at least ought to be replaced to keep up to date. I mean seriously, when you drive into a state does it mean anything to anyone that Governor X welcomes you? Rebranding the youth hiring program is a prime example. Though every year it's such a debaucle it's hard to believe you'd want your name attached to it (yea, I get it, to endear the youth to you at the next election, but still...).
