I believe young people will be much more careful about getting pregnant or impregnating someone if the government stops acting as a Sugar Daddy/Sugar Mama and these young people know that they and their child will be on their own. Some girls/young women in urban centers plan life long "careers" out of milking the system. It's got to stop. Actually I do know one way of curing it: phasing out the government welfare system. But in urban centers kids are having kids. Many of these kids don't know who their Dads are and their Moms are young enough to be their sisters. It's a social pathology, passed on generation after generation now. However, I do believe it can be cured. I just don't know how. I agree with this. But in urban centers kids are having kids.
